In his current role as Chief Strategy Officer for Synergy Technologies, he utilizes his deep knowledge of technology and his pragmatic approach to business to plan and execute initiatives to expand their global footprint. He is passionate about workforce and economic development, improving education and opportunity, and his community.

A fifth generation native, James holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Education from Furman University. He currently lives on the Westside of Jacksonville, FL, with his wife Charity, and their two children.
